Optimum Health and Performance want to help you, your loved ones AND your friends. You don’t need to be injured to see us at our clinics. We offer musculoskeletal assessment and injury screening to determine whether you are at risk of injuring yourself, remedial massage (including lymphatic massage and sports massage), Pilates classes (including women’s health classes, pre and post natal classes) exercise classes and even a foot clean up with podiatry! But if your loved ones or friends are struggling with pain of any kind, that is our specialty.
Introducing VIP – our new referral program. To become a VIP, all you need to do, is let people know what we do and that we can help them, and pass on our name and number. When your friend books and attends their first service with us, we will shout you a gift voucher to the value of $20. You can use it for your next treatment or try something new. Its our way of saying “Thanks, for spreading the word about us”.

Terms and Conditions
- Valid for any fee charged service with any of our clinicians.
- VIP program is only for patients we have never seen before.
- You can refer as many people as you like.
- To qualify, your friend must attend a full fee service.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of your friend’s 1st appointment.
- Not valid for appointments paid by medicare, ie bulk billed appointments.
- We must be notified of your name, by your friend, to qualify, within one week of their appointment.
- Only referrals for future bookings are valid.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used with any other offer or discounted offer.
