Ryan Birch

Ryan is a Central Coast local with a strong interest in sport, fitness, and health. He brings over five years of experience working as an Allied Health Assistant at Gosford Private Hospital and Brisbane Waters Private Hospital, supporting patients across surgical, rehabilitation, and medical wards.

Ryan completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Newcastle before moving to Canberra to undertake a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. His own experience recovering from a back injury in his early 20s inspired a particular interest in back injury rehabilitation. He enjoys supporting patients through evidence-based exercise and treatment to achieve optimal outcomes.

Ryan grew up playing soccer, basketball, and oztag, and outside of the clinic enjoys spending time outdoors, surfing, and maintaining his fitness through regular gym training.
