Jessie's Profile
Jessie is a Physiotherapist with a strong passion for Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation. She graduated in 2019 and has recently completed a Masters of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy and a Masters of High Performance Sport, working towards becoming an APA Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist.
Jessie has completed additional training in Dry Needling and has a particular interest in managing sporting injuries, both acute and chronic, across all stages of life and abilities.
Her treatment approach combines exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on physiotherapy, and a strong focus on patient education, empowering people to understand and confidently manage their condition. Jessie is also actively involved in research within physiotherapy and sport, ensuring her practice is evidence-based and up to date.
Jessie has worked across a range of sports including soccer, rugby union, marathon running, gridiron, and AFL, giving her valuable insight into the demands of both elite and recreational athletes.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys Pilates, running, and spending time walking her two greyhounds, especially when it involves a trip to the water.
