Ravnita Rawal
Physiotherapist

Ravnita's Profile
Ravnita , a physiotherapy graduate, brings years of broad clinical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and geriatric rehabilitation. Her compassionate, patient-centred approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on restoring function, improving quality of life, and empowering clients in their recovery journey.
She has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, community rehab, and private practice, treating conditions ranging from post-operative care to chronic pain and mobility challenges. Ravnita has a particular interest in managing complex pain presentations through a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education.
Ravnita also holds a Level 1 Sports Trainer qualification, allowing her to provide on-field injury management, acute care, and strapping support for athletes. This complements her clinical skills when working with active populations, particularly in return-to-sport and injury prevention programs.
With a special interest in Pilates and dance-based Physiotherapy, Ravnita brings a creative, movement-focused lens to her sessions. She incorporates dynamic, tailored strategies to enhance posture, strength, coordination, and overall physical confidence—especially within women’s health, active ageing, and return-to-sport populations.
Outside the clinic, Ravnita enjoys choreographing dance fitness routines, practicing Pilates, exploring coastal trails, and spending quality time with her family.
