Shaun Stevenson

I’m Shaun Stevenson, 29 years old and have lived on the Northern end of the Central Coast my whole life.

I’m very sport focussed and enjoy almost all sports I try. I have played basketball for the past 22 years, including competing at a representative level and joining a coaching clinic for the Junior teams.

My passion, drive and leadership skills are some of my assets.

With my own goals of health and longevity in mind, I will be able to assist others in reducing chronic conditions to lead a healthy lifestyle.

I am currently completing the Diploma of Remedial Massage at Tafe NSW.

Whilst studying at Tafe, I have already learnt many massage techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Ischemic compressions, PNF stretching and lymphatic drainage.

When I’m not working or studying or working, you will find me on the basketball court, walking the dog, renovating my house, camping, traveling and spending time with family.
